We have no franchises and supply no one else.

Which outlet is nearest to Toa Payoh?
The nearest outlet to Toa Payoh is our AMK Hub kiosk at Ang Mo Kio, three stops north of Toa Payoh on the North-South Line and linked to Ang Mo Kio MRT by underpass. It sells both pies and crab dishes for takeaway. We have no premises in Toa Payoh today; our stalls there closed when we moved to Tyrwhitt Road in 2021. The history is in The Toa Payoh years.
How much does the original Don pie cost?
These are the prices on our printed menu, version dated February 2026. Prices as of October 2026, check the official site before you order. Dine-in is subject to service charge and prevailing tax, and online or delivery prices may differ.

How does delivery work?
Delivery is arranged when you order online. In general terms:
- Orders are placed in advance through our ordering site, and cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
- Deliveries are made by third-party drivers, so the time slot is best-effort rather than exact.
- The delivery fee depends on distance, with surcharges at festive peaks and for some locations such as Sentosa, the CBD, malls and Changi Airport.
- Our main website advertises free islandwide delivery above $200.
Terms change, so please treat the ordering site as the final word on fees and lead times. How do I pay?
Online orders are paid by credit card. For pickup orders arranged by WhatsApp, PayNow or bank transfer can be used. Collect your order from the outlet you ordered it at.
Can I book a table at Tyrwhitt Road?
Yes. Reservations at our Tyrwhitt Road flagship are made through our main website. Bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays need a small deposit. The restaurant is pet-friendly, and there is a private room for larger groups. Walk-ins are welcome when there is space.
Can I order pies in bulk?
Yes. We take corporate and bulk orders from 100 pieces upward, including custom pies, and we have a line for government and institutional orders. For charity and school requests, email marketing@chickenpie.sg with the item, size, quantity and date. For everything else, email hello@chickenpie.sg or call or WhatsApp our hotline on 6993 3333.
Is the original Don pie halal?
No pork, no lard; not Halal-certified. We use no pork and no lard in our kitchen. Our restaurant serves alcohol and welcomes pets, so we are not Halal-certified, and we do not claim that any of our products are Halal. Our ordering FAQ lists nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten among the allergens in our products, and our crab soup is cooked with Chinese cooking wine. What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within two hours of receiving your order, with photos. Refunds or exchanges are given for preparation or quality faults. Email hello@chickenpie.sg or message the outlet you ordered from.
